What the published site includes
The current site is a collection of bilingual information pages. It does not include an on-site account registration database, analytics script or advertising tracker. Hosting systems may still process technical request information such as the requested address, browser information and IP address. The absence of a tracking script does not establish that every infrastructure log is disabled.
Messages you choose to send
An email enquiry includes a return address and its contents. Send only what is needed to explain the website issue. Sensitive account documents and credentials are not required for a content correction. We do not claim a fixed storage period or automatic deletion mechanism that has not been established.
After following an external link
A destination can operate its own forms, account storage and privacy notice. Read that notice before providing information there. This website does not certify another provider’s encryption, retention or data-sharing arrangements. A familiar brand name does not replace the destination’s actual disclosures.
